Why does this sound like what Scalabrine said about Klay Thompsen yesterday 

To be fair Cousins has showed leadership for a while but it's just not working. Kings FO really isn't helping either.

Yeah maybe now he isn't showing it but he's clearly frustrated.

Even Isaiah Thomas overall looked frustrated with the Kings and Suns. Now he looks extremely happy to be here. So yeah sometimes players really are affected by the culture and situation a team is in.
