The kid plays with quiet swag. So smooth, so skilled, very unselfish, great passer. Yes he's skinny, but he's going to be a great one.

He could be the Isiah Thomas replacement. 19 points 11 rebounds, eight assists in his UCLA debut.

The shot looks funny but it goes in.

nbadraft.net has him going 4th.  If the season ended today, we'd be picking 14th.

I didn't like him in high school. Always seemed more like a BallIsLife video kind of player than an actual BASKETBALL player. Let's see how he does in the college season. That video makes me thing he might be a bit like a taller and more explosive Rondo who can shoot.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

funky shot. i was kind of hoping that he would launch from further back earlier in the shot clock. it seems he's calmed down.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Funny enough that the more reliable Draft Express has him going 14th.

The kid has Magic in his wrists IMO. It's hard to explain, but Ben Simmons has that too. Jason Kidd did, all the great passers do. It's this insane strength and explosiveness the ball jumps out of their hands.

Watch the passes towards the end of the video.

Pretty cool he played with two other brothers in high school. The youngest is super tiny it's pretty funny.

Not sure he's really a brad Stevens type player, he does have that and one field to his game. But I love that about 2 minutes and 20 seconds in the video he crosses a Defender so bad the guy falls and he sticks out a hand to help them up I love the kids confidence.

His stock will fall because of his horrendous looking jump shot. can you pass on a guy that could end up being 90% of Jason Kidd.

LOL...the season JUST started. Let's worry about the Nets pick if they keep winning into January.

Pretty much everyone thinks Markelle Fultz is going to be really good.  DraftExpress has him at #1 and NBADraft.net has him at #3.  The LibertyBallers seem to prefer him over Dennis Smith.  I just wish that he'd gone to a better college basketball school.  Fultz put up 30pts/7reb/6ast in Washington's loss to Yale.

Wow that's Crazy, Draft express just moved him all the way to #1 from #14!

It must have been from my post! I know they're watching what I'm doing now.

When I watched his weaknesses DX video, specifically the part about his lackadaisical dribbling, I couldn't help but let a sardonic grin across my face thinking about how that'd go over in practice against Smart, Bradley, Crowder, and Rozier. That kid would learn VERRRY quickly to always pay attention to his dribble.

The thing that puts me off about Fultz is his inconsistency shooting. I'd still be happy if he were to fall to us somehow.
