I see we are still struggling at defending the three point line.

What a bummer. I missed the start. I see Smart is picking up from last game. Has he been as impressive as the stats look?

yes

Hes been solid. Melo is too big/good for him. Smart makes it tough for him, but he cant really stop him.
He was awesome on D against Wade but you are probably right. Melo and Bron have too much length for him to D.

Looking like Smart is over the ankle injury.  Looks good.

To be fair, does anyone stop Melo or Lebron?

Melo is just the prime example of great O beating great D. He's always been able to score. I've got no qualms with how Marcus has played him tonight. Just a tough assignment.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Even the best defensive SFs in the game can't stop Melo when he's hot.  That's why he might be the hardest cover sometimes.  He can hit any shot.  Nothing you can blame Smart for.  He's doing a great job.

Roz and Brown are way more engaged and moving with purpose the night.

What a change.

Avery Bradley already has four points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals. Still nearly 5 minutes left in the first quarter. - Marc D'Amico

Though we still give too many easy shots.

Jerebko continues to be useless.  He does not deserve to play right now.
