Backup PG in a SG body. Can't defend, can't pass. If he isn't hitting the 3 he is useless.

Yep. His ceiling is high.

Team is dysfunctional right now, needs leadership. It's hard for young guys to find their way when the entire structure around them is collapsing.

This team has no heart. A couple of individuals do, but we're not a team at the moment. That much is clear. It's very, very, very difficult for me to see how most, or even some, of this terrible play is based on Crowder and Horford being out. We're just simply being outworked on the defensive end, which just further kills us offensively.

One thing that is very clear is that we overachieved by a lot last year.  And I mean, a lot.

Sure Crowder and Horford are important but you take a look at what's left and it ain't much.  Two very undersized scrappy guards and that's pretty much it for the offense.  Nothing else at all.
