Don't want to say who yet, as I'm awaiting confirmation. However, this would be really tragic if true.

Let's hope it's just a rumor. It was mentioned on Twitter and radio several hours ago but ESPN, SI, and the AP don't have anything on it.

So the autopsy confirmed that Fernandez not only was legally drunk (.147 BAL) but also had cocaine in his system.  The other two men had alcohol in their systems but were not legally drunk though one of them also had cocaine in his system.
