Thanks FL for doing the game threads.  Awesome as always.  good to finally see our team in games that actually count.  I am thinking a blow out of the nets would be good medicine for my bout of the flu...

Even if Rozier plays well tonight, people will say he is playing scrubs haha. Probably will have to wait a month to make a judgement on him. Hopefully he shines.

Rozier is going to score a ton against slow AF Greivis Vasquez... I can't wait to see what Jaylen's first basket will be against his "would've been" team.

Fingers crossed that he posterizes BroLo, Nets fans would be devastated... I'm sorry Brooklyn, this is Boston, it be cold like that.

No, it will probably be "it's just one game" (as it should be).  Anyone can have a good game (like Vitor Faverani and his 12pt/18rbd/6blk in 2013-14)

Speaking of Faverani, what the heck happened to him? He really fell of a cliff

Definitely on both of these.  Rozier stepping up and filling the Turner role (but with better D and three point shooting) would be amazing
I'm bitter.

You mean like a reasonable person would?!  ;)

I'm not going to get into another one of these discussions with you, but like the whole Rozier narrative in the first place, you're blowing this whole thing way out of proportion. Celtics fans of course want Rozier to do well, we just want to ease back this ridiculous narrative that somehow Rozier is star-bound and has already surpassed Smart due to his play in exhibition games that don't really matter.

Yeah I don't want to go back in forth either. But you keep putting words in my mouth. Smart is currently a role player. I'm not saying Rozier is an all star. What I'm saying is he just needs to be a role player to be on the same level as Smart.

Hey! Greece! How are you? I haven't seen you on here in a looong time!
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Yep, I took break in August-September, and then the last two weeks I had a problem with my internet provider.

I literally have not checked the news on the Celtics for two weeks, other than cutting JR is there anything new?

I see. Nothing really new. After we cut Bentil, he signed with Indiana for their D-league team. It was jaylen and brad and RJ's birthdays a few days ago. Everyone loves playing with Horford. And, of course, the forums is filled with constant arguments about the effectiveness of Philly's tanking Process.

So, basically, you haven't missed much. Welcome back!
