Wow, I really like that second unit, which will only get better with KO, too. There's going to be very little let-up with Rozier, Smart, Brown, JJ, and KO.

I really like the Rozier/Smart backcourt, too. Neither of them are too ball-dominant like Turner, which helps them both out. We have an excellent young core.

quiet start for horford
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Marcus Smart's jumper lookin real tonight! Such an encouraging sign. Rozier is gonna be terrific this year too and DA mentioned that he will get ET's ball handling role.

Based on this broadcast, I'd probably think Rozier was DA's favorite player.

ive said it before: danny seems to LOVE terry.

he was also the primary ball handler for the second unit in this scrimmage (something people said i was wrong about)

Smart's shot is looking good!
Jaylen is looking like a rookie with flashes of brilliance!
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

white team won (consists of mostly bench players), against green team (all starters)

Smart played pretty good defense on Bradley

a few takeaways
Horford said he was impressed with Smart as a leader at every practice and saying he is leading by example.

Jaylen played pretty well against Jae

IT is passing more, looks like he developed more chemistry and trust with his other teammates. Isn't forcing drives

thats fine, but i hope he still knows hes our best scoring option. sometimes he should force the drive imo

He brought the ball up the court, but he shared the ball-handling duties pretty evenly with Marcus because neither of them are ball-dominant. Danny even said that they'll both share the ball-handling duties, even though Rozier is the "true" point guard guarding the other pint guard.

They're a pretty good combo if they can keep hitting their shots.

I wouldn't say he looks fat (that jersey isn't doing him any favors, though), but he's definitely bigger.  I wonder if that's a sign he'll be playing more SF?
I'm bitter.

If this is the starting lineup Amir/Horford/Crowder/Bradley/I.T. and this is the bench K.O./Jerebko/Brown/Smart/Rozier, that bench could be the runaway best bench in the league if Rozier and Smart play anything like they are in this scrimmage.
