That's got to be true, right?  Who is he comparing him to... Mario Chalmers?

Rondo is still capable of putting up big stats.  It'll be interesting to see how those pieces fit together.  Someone needs to develop a 3-point shot.

People seem to be sleeping on Travis Diener.  He was no slouch, either.

Rondo shot 35% last year, Wade shot 52% in the playoffs last year, and Jimmy BUtler is a year removed from shooting 38% from 3.

Then Mcbuckets and Mirotic can shoot.

Does this mean he's actually going to let Rondo handle the ball about 90% of the time?

Either way, I'm glad Rondo is back in the east so that I can see more of him before he gets too old to watch like Pierce and KG.

Rondo can still get double-doubles on the regular, and occasionally get a triple double.

I'm not sure if he's still capable of helping a NBA team win games, let alone helping his current team, with Wade and Butler sharing the floor, win games.

Rondo's new teammates always seem to gain elevated opinions of him during practice. He must be the Tyler Zeller of point guards.

But game time proves what we know.

I agree with that.  It's going to take some kind of perfect storm of surrounding talent for Rondo's statistical impact to translate towards wins.   It doesn't seem like Wade and Butler would fill that.
