 67 wins for the Warrior's
 60 wins for the Cavs
 57 wins for the Celtics
 55 wins for the Spurs

That's it. That's the bold prediction. Horford is a perfect fit, Smart makes the jump to 13.5 ppg, Thomas dominated again, Crowder and Rozier make leaps for themselves. And Brown plays a valuable, 14 mpg after the all star break.

Well that is bold!

Stay Healthy 50 wins would be impressive IMO.

50 wins is an easy prediction, go hard or go home.

I expect the Warriors, Spurs, Cavs, Clippers, and Raptors to finish ahead of them.  The Celts are the best of the rest, in my eyes.

The league is more top heavy than it's been in a while.  A lot of teams in the middle that I'd expect to win 40-50 games.  Very few that I think are a lot better than that, i.e. 55+ wins.

I agree they could finish with the 3rd best record.  There's a real chance they could win the East this season.  They might be a legit contender, though probably on the level of the Hawks the past couple years.  And the Warriors hover over everything like a black cloud.  It's their title to lose.  I don't like any team's chance against them.

Without considering injuries, I really can't see Toronto finishing better than we do.

Crowder and Bradley are still being a little underrated.  We could have won 51 last season and that was without Horford.  It's a tiny sample size, but the Hawks with and without Horford seemed to be like 12+ wins better when he was playing.  55+ seems realistic for us this season unless our chemistry inexplicably slips or we get hit by injuries.

Losing Turner and Sully hurts a little.  Perhaps more than we're giving credit for.  But maybe not.  This is a deep team with a lot of guys who can play.  A lot of the young guys are just getting better.  Smart could make a leap this year.  Rozier might start making real contributions.  Jaylen Brown might be a quick learner.   There's also still the chance we make a mid-season trade that jolts us even further forward.  We should have a strong team.  But who knows.  We might have the best defense in the league already.  Hopefully our offense picks up a bit.

Love that attitude! TP

We still have a few question marks to deal with. Clutch Rebounding is certainly one, with the loss of Sully. We lack a bull.

The loss of Turner will be made up for by the addition of Horford, and the anticipated improvement of Smart. The area Turner excelled most was games end... he was cold blooded. Gonna need a guy to step up there, while most eyes are on IT.

Going with 51-53 wins before injuries.
