He's only 19. He could definitely grow some more.

Nice post.

I don't care if JB ever grows anymore, but couple his dad's ferocity in the ring with Jaylen wanting to "Rip some heads off for Boston" has me EXCITED..

Looking forward to this season, JB's growth AND the team in general.

People can go on about him growing but for me the best thing is he has seen with his dad the work it takes to have a long professional career.  I didn't realize his brother was in the NFL either.

He has sounded great talking about knowing he needs to work to get better and all this stuff is making me excited because it doesn't sound like just talk.  I also saw he has been spending time with Jimmy Butler, I'm sure working out some and learning from him, which is good to see.

noticed he fought and lost to Trevor Burbick back in the 90s.   I recognize Burbick's name as the champ Mike Tyson defeated as a 20 year old.

Berbick was also famous for beating a washed up Muhamad Ali

He could grow it is possible, I grew an inch in college and stopped at 21.  Doesn't mean he will but it is within the realm of possible.

Just more of a good sign that Jaylen Brown is going to continue to be a mentally tough, hard worker. Not that I questioned it at all based on what we already know of him. But this shows that it's a trend in his family which probably means it's ingrained in him.

On the growth thing, that would be cool if he added an inch or two in height. Not necessary because he is already decent size, but it could help set him apart.

Guys who I believe grew after being in the league:
Paul George
Giannis
Durant

I remember reading about some Euro drafted during the last lockout year who had grown signigicantly (reported like 3 inches or something) by the time the season started. Can't remember who or if he even ended up in the league.
