Hope this even translates to growing 1-2 inches.

Looking back at draftexpress's measurement history on brown he has only grown 1.5" since 2012 when he was 15. With his dad being 7' tall its wishful thinking but not totally out of the ordinary to think Jaylen could have some late growth potential.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
His brother is a defensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders too.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

6'7 is already good size for a SF.  Hard to imagine him growing any taller.

"In all honestly, I would tell the individual that their chances are very low, maybe around 0.1-0.5% if they are anywhere past the age of 17 for a female and 19 for a male. There are many people who might try to counter-argue this assessment by telling me and recounting a story of how their relative, themselves, or one of their friends beat the age range and was the exception but the numbers don’t lie."

I wonder if his father would be better backup center than Zeller.

Paul George grew a few more inches since his rookie year, and so did Joel Embiid. I wouldn't count on Jaylen growing more in height, but it can happen. He's still young. He might get to 6'9 or so at best.

It's not impossible then he grow a tad more.   The genetics look favorable .

Oh he'd be cool at Paul George's height.

I'll argue it.  :)
My uncle grew 4 inches in college and one of my best friends grew 5 inches in college. Both from around ages 19-21, along with that we have seen young kids come into the league and grow after they have been drafted. I'm sure the % is low, that seems to low but what do I know?

Anyway after we drafted Brown I made a suggestion that he could still grow, hope he does.
