What about Nikola Jokic for Kelly Olynyk??

While I readily admit that Jokic has way more value than Olynyk and there's no way a trade like that would go down, I think Jokic is completely overrated and overhyped on this board. I didn't watch a ton of Denver last year, but what I did watch didn't overly impress me with Jokic. He seems like Vucevic 2.0 and not much more.

Jokic is a far superior defensive prospect to Vuc.

Denver hangs up and probably never takes another one of our calls.

Please at least watch Jokic's highlights from last year.  This guy is a baller.  His passing is unreal, and he almost has the court vision of a point guard.  His post moves are so quick and hard to stop, as he uses fakes and goes straight up for a hook shot.  His 3 point shooting stroke is smooth too.  Even his defensive rating is good.  He seems a little unathletic when you watch him, but I think it is a bit deceiving.  He may actually be very athletic in the sense like Paul Pizzul was.  He may not be explosive or fast, but he is weirdly quick and can start/stop really well.

Jokic, Boogie, Butler, Mookie Blaylock, whoever -- you do not trade your token white guy under 99.9% of circumstances (i.e., he commits murder and doesn't express a hint of remorse). Long live Kelly in Green.

No need for the excessive snarky and sarcastic remarks. I think by now the OP realizes this proposal is far-fetched, and to his credit, it's not like Jokic is a household name yet. The nuggets won't accept this offer, but Jokic is by no means untouchable, like a proposal with Towns or Steph Curry or something.

Sure, Vucevic is a pretty good player, though he's a little one-sides for my tastes. But some are treating him at the level of a future multiple-time All-Star or something of that variety, which I think is an exaggeration of him as a prospect at this point.
