1. Perkins trade

2. Perkins trade

3. Perkins trade

That was the first (and last) time I ever watched the trade deadline, and holy crap was I disappointed.

Letting TA walk was heartbreaking, as he was my favorite Celtic.

I also really hated letting go of Powe when we could have kept him for the minimum (though I've since forgiven Ainge for that one, he was right about his injury).

I'll still argue that Posey was a mistake.  I know Ainge didn't want to overpay for him and wanted to keep flexibility in case Ray didn't resign, but I think he was worth overpaying for simply for the chemistry/Ubuntu of that defending championship team.  And we all knew the Big 3 were gonna stay together for more than 3 years, what did saving that money really accomplish?

PP/KG trade was a little disappointing simply because I thought we'd get 2 firsts for each of them, especially considering we got 1 for Doc.  In hindsight, I had no clue the picks would have this much value.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I was OK with the Perkins trade.  Danny was not going to give him the big contract that he wanted, so we would have lost him for nothing anyway that summer.  I think he was also just coming back from ACL surgery.  If you go back and look at the 07-08 season and playoffs, during crunch time (last 7 minutes of the game), it was Posey on the court, not KP.  Perkins had a great snarl, but was an average center at best (pre ACL injury).  I think Danny figured his best days were behind him, was not worth the investment, than KP went out and proved that in the ensuing years.

I know that there is a lot of love for KP on this board, but that was a good logical trade by Danny.  I wish Jeff Green had been more consistent, but the trade made a lot of sense at the time.

For me they were all draft picks.   Drafting Sullinger, Drafting Fab Melo and drafting Yabusele where we did.

1) Drafted Olynyk over Giannis

2) Drafted Giddens over Jordan

3) Drafted BOTH Sully and Melo over Middleton (I did not have the foresight to see Draymond coming).

Trade= Walker for Raef

Draft= KO over GA/Gobert. And Brooks/JaJuan over Butler.

Trade that wasnt= Not getting CP3 hurt Cs three fold.

Signings=Shaq, Rasheed and JO. All those guys too over the hill and too much ego. They also didn't work hard.

This might be a more interesting thread if the OP asked for three things folks here BOTH loved and hated.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

1) The KO selection. I also wanted Giannis and pretty much anybody but Olynyk.

2) The Ricky Davis for Wally S. trade. For whatever reason, teenage me loved Ricky Davis.

3) The Telfair trade. I don't even remember who I wanted at 7, but I hated this deal so much.

1. Perk trade (that was Wyc not wanting to pay a defensive guy)

2. Paying Zeller more than IT (clubhouse issues looming)

3. Poor draft picks--many already mentioned. Overrated drafter.
