So missed the game. What did I miss? Box score? Brown?
Thanks.
Highlights:
* Brown 20/10 and continued to show he can slash to the rim, and play some defense too. Need to make his FTs more consistently and finish at the rim.
* Rozier with 25, creating his own shot and driving to the rim along with a couple nice jumpers.
* Mickey looking more aggressive.
* Thornton did not play *sigh of relief*
Rozier continues to be a revelation. The thought has crossed my mind mopre than once this summer that DA and CBS knew he was coming on fast and that was another reason not to take Dunn.
Brown's best game so far. Suspect we'll see him up and down all year as he really is a one-trick pony offensively, but at least in this game he took defensive rebounds and transitioned up the floor quickly to the basket. Moves well in transition, but shot just 4-11, which unfortunately is an improvement. Shot 12-17 from the line too.
Nader made the most of his minutes again,
Mickey sucked again,
Miller did little,
Young and Hunter were bit players,
Yabusele did relatively little, but looked good doing it,
Jackson struggled with his handle again under pressure, and
Bentil was invisible again, but had the highest +/- which tells you how useful that stat is on a per game basis.
