As if this last week of NBA transactions wasn't crazy enough, a league source just told me: "We could see a lot of trades in the next week."

Hmm very interesting considering the comments Wyc made today. There's probably deals that can be had that were thinking about or are involved in.

Imagine if we could land Demarcus Cousins...

Wow. Horford and Cousins. If we could keep some of our perimeter defense, we could certainly give the Cavs a run for thie rmoney.

A trade target id like too see added is Rudy Gay and for a variety of reasons:

1. Can score: you can say what you want about gay but there's no denying he's been a soild NBA scorer for about a decade now. I think this team still lacks bench scoring with loss of Turner.

2. Contract: 2 years 27 Million with an player option after next year. He will almost assuredly opt out with the contracts being passed out.

3. Availability: all indications are SAC is willing to move gay and his price won't be too high

with the free agents off the board, teams will look to make trades to help with their balance.  DOesn't mean you're going to see BIG trades.  You might just see small level deals to help with depth and address needs via trading for role players.

Interesting thing about the BKN pick is that they are now probably the only team who is still tearing the house down, and Lopez will make a great pickup for someone. LA, Phoenix, Minny, Philly all assembling much stronger teams, you'd think the value of those two picks has gone up since last years deadline

Still interested in Ben McLemore? I'd have to imagine we could get him for virtually nothing at this point.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

It's gotta be Cousins. You know those Nets picks are looking mighty gold right now with them failing to land Calderon and Tyler Johnson. They gotta be the worse team in the league.

Do we really need another guy that can't shoot?

Probably Westbrook, but besides us, I don't know what team has those kinds of assets to give up to OKC...

A few teams that have a lot of young assets that OKC might be looking for are LAL, MIL, MINN, DEN

Not saying any of those teams would, should or are interested in doing but they have the young assets to get a deal done

the lakers can.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
