With or without Brown, I would happily take Winslow for taking in McRoberts.  I'd do that deal without blinking.  I don't find it impossible that McRoberts himself could be a useful player at times this year, if he remained healthy.

Crowder is nice to have, but so is a second year Justise Winslow. Dude is poised to be a much better player than Crowder, perhaps as soon as this year. And he's only 20, not 26 like Crowder. Provides healthy competition for Brown, too.

All of that is true, but don't forget, Ainge arguably made Miami's 2006 championship possible by completing a sign and trade with them for Antoine Walker after 04-05, in addition to not re-signing GP, who then became a huge contributor for that Heat squad after signing there as a free agent,

I hate Riley, too, and he and Ainge hate each other, as well, obviously, but at least they have proven that they can get a deal done, together.  I can't believe that I'm actually defending Danny, lol .
