I don't see anyway that this actually happens, but if it does wow that would be fortunate.

I know he would be pretty redundant, but I would love it if we could get Winslow...assuming we aren't giving up anything of real value.

I don't think Riley is stupid to cash in on an aging Wade. He will try to find value on trading his old star

I'd take McRoberts and Winslow for Memphis '19. I'll even throw in our four second round picks next year, so Riley can save face. Maybe find a three-way partner where the third party gets Crowder and in exchange Miami gets another first-round pick.

*yawn* just throw in Crowder *yawn*

Deal is definitely not happening if Jae is part of it.

Don't Winslow and Brown play the same position?

With or without Brown, I would happily take Winslow for taking in McRoberts.  I'd do that deal without blinking.  I don't find it impossible that McRoberts himself could be a useful player at times this year, if he remained healthy.

I agree that Riley isn't dumb enough. Ainge would also be the last guy he'd deal with. True extreme dislike between the two.

Crowder is nice to have, but so is a second year Justise Winslow. Dude is poised to be a much better player than Crowder, perhaps as soon as this year. And he's only 20, not 26 like Crowder. Provides healthy competition for Brown, too.

Exactly. TP, Dannyboy.

Slick Riley hates us.

He would never deal with us  unless he thought  he was screwing us.

I wouldn't be surprised if he deep-sixed us  with Durant,  telling Durrant that he owes it to himself to go to the Warriors and that he would never win with us.

Riley will never give us Winslow.

All of that is true, but don't forget, Ainge arguably made Miami's 2006 championship possible by completing a sign and trade with them for Antoine Walker after 04-05, in addition to not re-signing GP, who then became a huge contributor for that Heat squad after signing there as a free agent,

I hate Riley, too, and he and Ainge hate each other, as well, obviously, but at least they have proven that they can get a deal done, together.  I can't believe that I'm actually defending Danny, lol ;D.

More like Winslow and McRob for the Nets 2018 is what Riley would do.

They should just let Wade walk.

Why would we want Winslow, though? We just drafted a rawer but more physically imposing version of him.
