Spurs has to dump him for Gasol, he's making $7m, only one year contract, next year is not guaranteed.

He can backup 3 positions, could be a replacement for Zeller?

I'd love to have Boris Diaw here. He would be fantastic in Stevens' offense.

Agreed. Boris Diaw would be a fine pickup.

I like Boris Diaw but where are his minutes coming from between Amir, Olynyk, Yabusele, Bentil, and Jerebko and Crowder playing small ball 4?

I'd love to have him in Boston. Would love to see some of those nifty no-look passes in the Steven's Offence.

Get on it Danny, just lure him here with the finest coffee a Frenchman could want on Game Day...

I thought neither Yabusele nor Bentil is coming this year? Diaw can be our small ball 5, he's done that a lot in Spurs.

He is a proven pro so I bet he would beat out a few of those guys

I'm not worried about him playing ahead of the rookies.

At all.

Jimmy Butler for Crowder, Sully and a first.

Pass on Diaw. Not contending unless Danny has plans to sign at least one more fringe all star. Use the time to play guys like Zizic and Yabusele. They seem to be ready to be play off the bench.

Yeah. He'll probably take a new coffeemaker and some of Durant's toe jam to play there.

Is this the NFL? Rookies like Bentil and the flying frenchman will be lucky to make the team

Word is Duncan might retire, so no need to move a contract.  But we have the cap room for him, and he'd be a useful bench player.

I just don't see Diaw making much of an impact on this team or bringing anything they dont' already have.

Saw somewhere today the Spurs have picked up Duncan's option.
