Jaylen Brown's Ceiling is Dominique Wilkins

 I know Dominique was one of the fiercest mist ferocious offensive Small Forward's of all time and Brown will probably never gain that type of toughness. However I'd like you to Google Dominique's picture in college and youll see that they are close in stature.

 Remember Dominique entered the NBA at 23 and Brown is 19. Here are some interesting stats Per 40 mins for their freshman Year's.

 Wilkins per 40

 Wilkins crushes him in Fg% obviously, and steals and blocks, offensively pretty close. It's easy to forget he's 19 and had a "bad year last year at Cal"

 Sky's the Limit for Brown. He's a vegetarian for home games and does eat meat on the road. Maybe.  Celtics Blog or Al Horford can send him some Grass Fed Steaks. I'd like to see him put on 15 pounds of muscle like Wilkins looked.

 Both players were the third overall pick in the draft.

 Both played for the Celtics at one time or another.

I don't see the lift in Brown that Dominique had.   Wilkins could really jump, Brown is not chopped liver but he can't jump like that.

The odds are greater that he is more like Gerald, a useful pro, than Dominique based on how hard it is to project such a young raw player to be an NBA all-time great. James and Durant you could when they came into the league, not Brown. The term "ceiling" could be used unrealistically with almost every high draft choice.
