Haven't done the math myself, but that's the idea going around, else they can't acquire Howard.

The Nets wanted Bazemore, who I think would have been a solid addition to their team.  Glad the Hawks got there first.

Atlanta is out, but Houston and OKC are still in. And Washington according to Woj but I don't buy that.

$17 million a year for Kent freakin' Bazemore.

In contrast, Steph Curry's current contract only pays him $11 million per year. Unreal.

That is a huge contract. So that is what guys like Bazemore get now. At least Bazemore was a top 10 or borderline top 10 SG in the league last year.
