That is awful. $9mil a year for a below average backup PG.

I think it's really good. He's a nominal PG who doesn't need the ball in his hands and is a great shooter. He's a perfect with Simmons.
he is an improvement over the d-league dross philly has been trotting out for the past few years.

i guess it is offical. philly actually wants to field a nba team instead of a d league team. the intentional tank must be over....for now.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

With Philly, as with [dang] near every team in the league, every move they make will be evaluated by asking two questions.

1. Does this make them better than us? no
2. Does this make them better than Brooklyn? perhaps. depending on Simmons.

conclusion: I like the move.

Cory Jefferson signs with Pacers. Another decent backup PG piece. Larry is not waiting [ he's just improving his team

I got to agree that that is the worst of the contracts I have seen so far. Bayless is not even a starting quality NBA point guard. To get signed to a contract for basically the same amount as Al Jefferson, who is a much better player, is insane. He moves the needle so little I had to confirm he actually played for us.

If this comment is because Ainge didnt make a trade on draft day or because Boston hasnt signed anyone yet, I think you are being hasty. Celtics have a meeting with Horford tonight and we could hear very quickly that he is signed. Then they have a meeting with Durant tomorrow. Durant will make his decision in a few days after that. Given all the hollering on this board regarding Sully and Zeller, I would think most would agree the Cs are a better team already simply by not bringing those two back. Addition by subtraction.

This is unrelated to the signings....

I just wanted to say how from all the videos I have seen of our team, I dont know why but I got emotional with this one....

I managed to actually tear up over this one as I am gonna miss that retard Turner.... :/

This team was so fun to watch...win or lose...just love the CELTICS!

On our way to Banner 18 lads! :'D

Noah just posted this on his IG. Safe to say that he is probably going to the Knicks.
