For example, can a friend of Danny's be talking to Al Horford @ 11:50 and can Danny's first call be his friend who can then conference him in?

Who here hasn't dreamed of being a front office sports executive?

If they were doing it specifically so that Danny could have the first call (ie. on Danny's orders, or with Danny's knowledge, with this sounds like), then it would be tampering.  Penalties for tampering can be extremely severe.  Danny would be better off just calling and, if he can't get him then, trying again later.  Or setting up a call with Horford's agent
I'm bitter.

There'll plenty of rumors of player X verbally agreeing to team Y. That's about it. It's going to be stupid and certainly not worth staying up for unless you're up already and there's nothing better to watch.
