Riley needs to blow it up and build around Winslow/whatever rookies he picks. Whiteside is leaving, Bosh is definitely retiring, and Wade wants big bucks even though it isn't 2006 anymore.

May need to attach pick it gets from where? It seems like he is saying they may need to attach a pic to get rid of McRoberts, but where is it coming from?

MIA trades McBob
