this is a basketbakll player with elite skills-he is a bit like isaiah with his hesitations and change of speed-a 43inch vertical and 6-5 wingspan and a pest on defence
this kid can shoot
he is a career .383 3pt shooter with first two seasons at .417 and .429
this is a well spoken kid and a true point guard
rozier will feel the heat  from jackson

He's also like IT in that he's a bit short, right?

Trade Rozier and a non-BKN pick to Philly for Noel.

He's 3-4 inches taller than IT with a wingspan 3-4 inches longer... which still makes him short.  :)  He's 6'0" barefoot.

That would be an ideal trade, but I doubt Philly would go for it.

Trade Smart for Noel, rather have Noel over Howard.

I think he dropped in the draft because the league is so saturated in guards right now.

Kind of like RB in the NFL.  I don't see the position is that valued like it used to be.

Dude, if everything you said is true... I'm holding Smart's feet to the fire not just Roziers

Also the league is going towards bigger guards and 3s, and smaller 4s and 5s. 6 foot point guards are not valued like they once were. I guess Danny is still willing to give em a chance.

Perhaps, but weren't a number of guards taken earlier, in the first round?

My question is, given the rave reviews I see here at CB, why did all those GMs, including Danny five times, pass on Jackson? What are those serious flaws so many people saw?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I like Jackson more than Brown because he can shoot. Even the less well rounded Bentil is interesting as a possible future Robert Horry type because he can also shoot.

He's a poor defender that both lacks fundamentals (e.g. upright in stance too much) and effort (e.g. doesn't fight through screens).  He's not a natural point guard.  And he regressed as a three point shooter last season.

Thanks for bringing this to light.
