Celtics Have a Meeting with Dwight Howard

I bet it's due diligence in case KD might want us to make a run at him or Horford or anybody available. We'll probably start hearing there's interest.

I still like Dwight, and if his market is as limited as it seems, I'd love to bring him in for 2-3 years at around $15-20 million per year.

Howard has matured, he's not the diva he used to be.
He was good in Houston, imagine what he can do in Boston.
I'm all for a 1+1 deal with him.

After a poor season last year, I doubt any team will want to throw max money at him for 4 years.  Hopefully, we can convince him to a 1+1 deal to up his value this season.  I don't mind paying him the max if it will only be for one season with an option for the 2nd year.
