Maybe I'm the only fan who thinks there are other ways to win but I just would rather just enjoy this team as it is.  The grass is always greener mentality is miserable imo.  It would be nice if we got Durant but it's not like he has carried a team to a championship by himself or anything.  There are a lot or overrated superstars in the league too.

No.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Only if he stretches it out and doesn't go to Boston.

If he makes his decision after seeing the team quickly, I am fine.

If he chooses Boston, he can take his time.

People can do that but the way I see it is we have a good team here fans need to show some self respect too imo. We are the Boston Celtics.

It's a two way street. I think Wyc is right in that regard where we shouldn't be ripped off by other teams and GM's. I'd give my left nut but not both.

anybody thinking any player on this current roster is going to improve dramatically next season or 3 more yrs. to come is just plain fooling themselves. they may get good enough to finally get out of the 1st rnd., but that's it as this team is currently constituted.

so watching this team improve instead of chasing durant would be nauseating and pointless.

I would love it if we could sign him. Though I agree that there are other ways to win. The thing is that he is a legit superstar. And the Cs are one of a handful of teams that have a shot at getting him. It's exciting.
Celtics fan for life.

Rght now we've done quite a bit in that regard though. We just drafted 5 guys.  It needs to be given a rest some times.  I'm still just enjoying the prospects of who we drafted.

He's suppose to be making his decision my July 9th. He goes over seas for something, so he wants it done by then. It may not since it's a big decision, but at least it seems like he wants it over with. I mean he does have to move his family and get settled in and training in a new city if he chooses to leave OKC.

I'm fine with the chasing but we're not gonna bow down if we don't met his demands. He chose other teams? No problem. Danny will just continue rebuilding through draft.

Yeah, cancel the chase now.

I don't mean cancel it but it needs a rest period.  There's nothing we can do about it right now anyways.  It's that time between the draft and free agency where it needs a rest imo.

I'm going to hibernate until free agency begins.  The running with scissors mentality needs reflection lol.
