Boston Celtics seem like they'll once again participate in the Utah Summer League and in the Las Vegas Summer League.

Looks like the entire Vegas summer league will be on ESPN. The Utah one generally gets a couple games shown on CSN.

Not sure about this year, but sometimes they have either free streams up on NBA.com or cheap stream packages. But don't know what they'll do this year at the moment.
