Nice to see an athlete interested in continuing his education even though he's being paid a lot of money.

i like it, but i hope he also realizes that his future is as an NBA player, not a professor or whatever else he would like to do. i hope his focus is improving his game.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

That's pretty awesome.  Is that so he has a fall-back option when he busts out of the league before his rookie contract is up?

Kidding.  I believe in Ainge.   Brown's gonna be a player.

Yeah, maybe Harvard and MIT can teach him to shoot better. I can assure you that MIT can't.

There could be another Doc Brown.  Players of old used to continue their education. I don't know why Brown can't.

Good for him if that's his choice. Live for what you want, not for people on the outside judging you!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I've said in multiple threads that I'm not sure he really wants to be a bball player.

He could end up making me look like the genius. :)

If he starts skipping practice for it, I'll be concerned. I think this would be in his free time, and one class at a time, so I don't think it'll be an issue

I don't get concerned by players dating or hanging with friends in their free time, so why worry about him taking a class?
I'm bitter.

Cuz life is a game of who can do the most with the least amount of brains -- dirt road cred.
