Boston - Hawes, T. Young
Brooklyn - Lamb, 22, 35, 51, 28
Charlotte - Johnson, J. Young

Why
Boston acquires two big guys that can both stretch the floor and are relatively young on reasonable enough contracts.  They do have to give up Amir's contract and a bunch of cap space, but do get rid of some of the log jam of picks and young players by moving on from James Young and giving up 3 of the 5 2nd rounders.  Overall upgrade in talent.

Charlotte has been rumored to want out of Hawes and/or Lamb and would give up 22 to do it.  Here they give up both and get the much cheaper James Young and the waivable Amir Johnson in the trade.

Brooklyn needs picks and decent players.  They get a 1st, three 2nds, and a youngish player for Thad Young.  I don't see them doing better than that and it allows them to re-stock their depth a bit.
