Looking to move 2016 1st Round Picks (12/21) to fit Horford...

I would love to grab both of these picks as I am hopeful the Celtics can get Poeltl in a slide or by combining picks 12/16.

Do they need cap space to sign him?  They should have his Bird rights, no?

2). They will still have cap space AFTER signing both their first rounders and signing horford to a max deal.

Yeah. If they sign Horford to the max they'll still have about 24 million in cap.
