Ainge would trade anything or anyone on the roster for George. George is a top 5 player in the nba

Durant
Davis
Cousins
Curry
Westbrook

That's at least 6 guys who are a level above George. You have others you could make the argument for as well - Klay Thompson, James Harden, Blake Griffin, Jimmy Butler, etc.

Top 10?  Probably.

You may have noticed over the last month that the value we put on #3 is just a wee bit higher than the value other teams put on it, to put it mildly. If you want Bird to even listen, try Thomas and all three Brooklyn picks as a conversation opener. We got those three picks for basically two well past prime NBA stars and top ten players in their prime don't come cheap. IMO George will not be traded for any deal that doesn't include another top 10 player in his prime, which leaves us out.
