Ughhh Zizic...

You guys are never satisfied are you

Firstly, we should've only took two guys in the first round and traded the other.

I wanted Davis or Skal over Zizic, but I understand the Zizic pick. My frustration is more about Danny not pulling the trigger on a trade earlier.
what's the confirmed trade offer in particular that is frustrating you?

I was expecting Danny to make a deal but overpaying to get what you want is not a trade worth making.  Still disappointed but will need to see some concrete offer that was fair yet rejected by danny before getting irate
3 for Noel, Covington, 24, 26 is more than fair.  We should have taken it.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

did Wilbon really just say Rasheed Wallace in reference to that UNC kid... 😄
Brice has the potential to be the steal of the draft

Yeah, if that James Stewart tweet is even remotely true, he was absolutely right to keep the pick
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

It looks like Danny targeted athleticism and toughness with picks 16+23.
Yabu and Zizic were also top players in the Adriatic when you compare them to the likes of NBA draftees Saric, Hernangomez, and Luwawu:

6'11.5" with a 7.25" wingspan and 249 lbs.  Pretty impressive/legit size too.  Best rebounder and PER in that league as well.

I thought Hinkie was gone.  It seems like the Sixers are still drafting the same way i.e. taking guys at loaded positions because they are best available or players that won't play for them for at least a year.

bright side, weve taken a 3, 4, and a 5.

I would really like to see Danny package a couple of those 2nds to move back up to grab Davis or Skal at this point.

The only downside to that is the fourth guaranteed contract. And the way this draft is going, who knows if those guys will even go before then?

Mike

Isn't Yab a draft and stash? That would mean only 3 guaranteed

Adam Himmelsbach: Guerchon Yabusele said possibility of being a draft and stash “is not a problem for me.” Said he did not expect to go 16. 15 mins ago – via Twitter AdamHimmelsbach

That works, thanks.

I like the 76ers picks, but they should have gotten a PG
I'm bitter.

was that confirmed though?  I heard it as a rumor and I agree that I would have pulled the trigger on that deal.  Noel starts at center.  Covington is a solid back up behind Crowder and based on who's still available at 24 and 26 right now, we would have made out very well.
