Man with so much build up to this pick I feel DA laid an egg.

I think so.

This could sink Aniges ship

He did just sign an extension.

Well, maybe Chriss will now fall and we can snag him up, too!

This thread should be saved. There are going to be a LOT of people on this thread who will be sorely embarrassed by their remarks tonight.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

Let's see how the rest of the draft pans out. Brown is not a terrible pick and it may be that the Dunn trades just weren't as real as reported

I agree with the italicized part. Said they were close to a trade earlier, but it fell apart. Same thing that they said at the trade deadline. I've always thought that the one at the trade deadline was just smoke being blown up our collective arses. Would not be surprised if it were the same here.

I don't see why people are mad about Brown he has probably the highest potential out of any of the prospects that were available. It's not Danny's fault nobody wanted to make a good offer

Man....Wyc just said this is the guy Ainge and Stevens really wanted for the long term, and there were no deal that they liked , everyone was trying to rip them off according to Wyc

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Love the fact that people don't consider that Danny didn't try to get Butler. Sounds to me like they thought they had him and then the Bulls got cold feet. When he knew Bulls were going to have him overpay for Butler, he wouldn't do the deal, and when he knew the Sixers wouldn't overpay for the third pick, he took the guy that he really wanted. Simple as that. I'm withholding judgment until I know what Brown is made of.

Wolves prob take him next...Maybe!

this is how players drop like a rock. You think you are bigger than org and don't workout for them

To be fair, if DA and CBS felt that JB is a better get than Noel, Covington plus 24 and 26 then I have to believe that they expect Brown to be dang good.

I definitely prefer Brown to that bag of crap from Philly...
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.
