Draft day is finally here!

Open for business.  I'll try and get the big board updated as the evening progresses although the increased traffic to the site will make it difficult at times.

many thanks donoghus! a tp for creating a great thread on a great day for a great topic!  ;D

this will be one of the more enjoyable draft days in a while. the celtics have sooooo many possible options, most of which are variations of "good."

should be a fun evening folks. let's be positive and let's keep in mind that even though ainge drafts player X, it doesnt mean that player X will be a celtic for long.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I'm hoping we can trade up with the other picks to take someone interesting to have two players (ala Olynyk... would be very happy with Sabonis, who I think is def gone before 16).  I'm doubting any big trade happens.

And I still want Chriss.  I'll take the gamble.

My prediction.... Celtics pick Bender with the #3.

My reason, the Celtics have not leaked any intention to draft him. That is where they go guys. If they do not trade the pick they pick bender.

At 16 they take Sabonis and they take Maker at 23.

I just realized I have a performance review with my boss at the same time as the Draft kicks off! I wonder if I can get away with NBATV on my phone in the meeting??

Any ideas would be much appreciated...  ;D

Bender is NOT the pick, per Murf and Souza
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
