Still reeling from that Thunder loss.  :'( But discuss the Finals between the Cavs and the Warriors here!

I can't say in how many games, but i'm going with golden state.

although, cleveland does look pretty good right now.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

GS in 7

We will see how much ENERGY LeBron has in the tank .......he can NOT take time off or rest ..

Cavs suck when he is not playing lots of minutes .

Warriors will score , score , score ........can LeBron keep up with the scoring pace .

Will Love play ANY defense ?

Steve Kerr ......old school , won a title coaching against Rookie Lue ......advantage GS.

The coaching Bench blows the Cavs away .......HUGE BRAIN POWER .

If Curry is truely 100 % .....BRON WILL,BE PLAY N. 48 a game to keep them in the games.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
All depends on how wellneach team defends the 3.

This finals will probably break the record for most attempted/mmade threes in a finals series.

Gon' be an old fashioned shoot out.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Warriors in 5

I do have a feeling that it's Warriors in five or six. Cleveland just doesn't have the advantages that OKC had over GS.

It is entirely possible that Love could start from the bench and have reduced minutes in the Finals. I'd say Lue will give Love the benefit of the doubt and starts him but if he becomes a turnstile I think Cavs shift to a 5 of Thompson, James, Smith, Shumpert (or Delly), Irving.

Warriors in 5.

Even I was getting scared watching the Cavs steamroll the Raptors. This could be the year, I thought. Last year they didn't have Love and Irving. This year they're back, plus they've got certain new guys like Channing Frye and they look deadly. Uh oh.

Then I remembered one important fact: They were playing the Raptors. Meanwhile, the Warriors just beat a red-hot Thunder team that was playing its best ball of the season, and had just rolled over a 67-win Spurs team.

This is what's going to happen: The Warriors will win both at home, and one of two in Cleveland. Then they'll finish it off in Oakland in game 5.

The Cavs have not faced any significant adversity in these playoffs. When put to the fire, they will resort to Lebron and Kyrie hero ball. Guys like Love, Frye, etc. will essentially become ball watchers sitting on the perimeter, and all that team chemistry they've built up over the first three rounds will be gone. The ball movement and the defensive rotations will slow down. With great talent you can survive like that for spurts, maybe even for a game or two. But you can't beat a 73-win team with that formula.

Cavs in 6 or 7. Their interior size (Love, Thompson, Frye, not to mention LeBron) does bear some semblance to that of OKC's, and I expect them to shoot the ball better than OKC did, particularly from deep.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cavs if they are all healthy could pull it through this time. . Not making any predictions now until after game 2 or 3.

It seems what stopped Thunder from prevailing was the 3 ball and go to scoring. They clearly oversized the heck out of the Warriors. Cavs will do the same, I just don't see them having a issue needed to scoring or getting their 3's to drop. Lebron is hungry and has a chip on his shoulder from last year. As crazy as it sounds, Cavs in 5.  Dont  put too much stock into Toronto sucking.

I honestly think he's out to put all the Curry talks to rest
