Along with having the 6th best odds, they're the only other team in the East besides Cleveland to be that high...so basically Vegas thinks the Cs will be the 2 seed next year and main competition to the Cavs in 2017.

Honestly, this astounds me.  This tells me that Vegas thinks that Ainge will make some big acquisitions this summer.  Because if this team stays relatively the same with only the addition of the #3 pick as their most major acquisition, then I think we're looking at a relatively similar season to what this year was, and at best a trip to the second round.

Because there's no way you can objectively say after the way the first round series against the Hawks went, that if they come back with mostly the same team, that they're the 6th best team in the entire NBA.  So be prepared people, because Vegas seems to think Danny will be making some major moves.  1 through 6 are...

Golden State - 3/2
Cleveland - 5/2
San Antonio - 6/1
OKC - 8/1
LA Clippers - 16/1
Boston - 20/1

Oh, and Brooklyn has the worst odds in the league at 500/1, so there's some more good news too :)

Still 20:1. I think this just reflects the fact that C's have *some* odds of making a franchise-altering trade, plus the fact that we're in the East.

I think that this thread only has one obligatory answer.

It's shocking that the Bulls and Heat are that high. The Bulls aren't particularly good, and the Heat are likely losing their starting center. Neither team really has any way to get significantly better.

Love those Brooklyn odds.  Could we get 3 straight top 3 picks?  I think we can.

And those are the only two teams who are even worse than 100/1. They are so bad that I think I may want to put $10 on BKN winning next year - that would be $5000. That same $10 on the third worst team only gets you $1000...amazing.
