To Quote my martial arts instructor. Who specifically asked the master in China about breathing, the teacher was appalled at the question. Breathing is not something you have to think about.
I have been reading a lot about the proper way to breath with exercising , or to calm yourself . I wonder if this would help at all for teams when they are in a pressure situation . Do they work on this at all or is it strictly weight training and flexibility ? Deep breaths instead of shallow breathing .Just like a sports psychologist , perhaps this can help Westbrook and Durant stop choking late in games
