I'd probably pick Bender, and I would not even consider trading him for Okafor.

Hield at #3, and no thank you to Okafor.  The latter is a gifted low-post scorer, but he doesn't fit our style of play on offense, is a poor rebounder and at this point, a massive liability on defense.  I'd rather have Noel, frankly, and he's a zero on offense, but at least you can pair him effectively with a stretch 4.

That the Sixers have chosen to ensure that anytime Okafor steps out of his residence a security guard must accompany him is a massive red flag.

Right Now...

Bender....it's free money and he has the highest upside.  The fact that he is the youngest player and at the same time has the most experience I think is a plus.

(*Dunn intrigues me but it means moving lots of pieces)

I also take Bender over Okafor....the game is just changing and I'm afraid a low post scorer who right now can't defend 1 position is a huge problem.

In DA I trust on this one.
2016 Draft Board #3 Pick

Bender>Brown>Dunn>Murray>Hield

Buddy Hield
I would take Okafor over Hield.

I think that Buddy will become a good SG in this league, similar to Michael Redd. Okafor has Big Al/Brook Lopez potential.

I would take Bender, and I think I probably would trade the pick for Okafor, but I'd be worried that Bender would make me look foolish in five years or so.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Yeah that's basically what I'm scared of too
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Brown
I'd rather have Brown than Okafor.

I would trade to pick to a sucker GM that wants to take Bender.

Ainge said this of him:

Quote
“His body has a long way to go,” said Ainge. “But these situations are all case by case. You’re just dealing with a small sample size.”

BPA after all the workouts if who I would take.

As it stands now, I would begrudgingly take Bender (less than impressive workouts would change this).

I would trade the pick for Okafor.

I will also say that 53% of Philly fans (out of thousands) on Liberty Ballers also said they would trade Okafor for the #3 pick, straight up. I posted it a couple of days ago, but you can find the article on the front page if you want to check it out.

Buddy Hield.

Keeping Buddy rather than trading him for Okafor.
