How does he compare to the prospects available like brown, hield, bender, Murray, etc.

Lucky to go #6 again IMO.

His inability to shoot would be exposed by now and he'd be in the mix with Dunn, Hield, and Murray. Anywhere from 3 to 9. There might also be issues with his injuries.  If he led Oklahoma St to a championship maybe he goes as high as 2 or 3

if Okafor was coming out right now would he go 2nd above Ingram ?

If that's very likely, are you saying there's a chance if Okafor was coming out right now he'd even go ahead of Ben Simmons as the #1 pick ?

He'd go 4th, after Simmons, Ingram, and Bender :P

If Smart were coming out of Oklahoma = After Kris Dunn. Dunn a better PG. Smart could go anywhere from #4 to #8. My guess is that Smart goes 5 or 6 to Minnesota or New Orleans. They need talented young guards.

If after his two years in the NBA = I would say 7-11 range. Worst offensive fears have come through and concerns over his long term offensive output are strong enough to drop him outside the 3-6 range in this draft to the 3rd tier (7-11 range).

I think he would go #5 or #6 again.  Nothing wrong with that.

I think I see where you are going with this.  But Smart will not be traded straight up for Okafor, nor would Philly make that trade.  They will insist on the #3 coming back as well.  That is way too much to trade.

I'd still take wiggins over anybody in this draft.

I think Smart would go #3 or #4. His slashing game looked way better at the time than it does now, and I don't think you take a guy like Murray or Hield over a two-way PG who is elite on defense. Imo Dunn is not quite the propsect Smart was because he's merely a very good, rather than an elite, defender.

As to Okafor, I never liked him and would've probably taken him around 7th in 2015 (Russell, Winslow, Hezonja, Porzingis, Johnson). This year I'd probably take him 4th, and I think it's laughable to take him over Ingram.

Do you mean pre-draft Wiggins, or given what we know now?  He's been way way way below pre-draft expectations. Poor advanced stats. As Minny I'd trade him for the #3 pick in this year's draft.
