No. He's been considered a lottery pick at worst for over a year now, and this is what draft express's mock draft for 2016 looked like back in June 2015:
Skal was disappointing so he dropped a bunch since then, and Brown was good, but he has dropped a bit also since he hasn't shown as much development in his shot and awareness as some were hoping. That leaves Simmons, Ingram, and Bender to move up as what we now consider the top 3.

And yet you can't refute stats, nice try, go back to the drawing board. Most all of these guys got more playing time and some of them played young too.
A guy who can't jump and is weak, can't jump and is weak, no matter if he comes from the Brooklyn, Asia, or Europe.
I mean he is right. People have been hyping on Bender for quite a long time now.
Something to remember is that Ingram and Bender are close to a year or more younger than almost every other top prospect in this draft. They might as well be coming out of high school with how young they are.
