Right before that tweet, they tweeted this:

Basically they think we messed up because David Lee (in their eyes) can attract top free agents.

Really odd. David Lee is nothing to write home about either , and they got him off waivers. After what we did to them with the Rondo trade, I don't get it, unless we are giving them back Crowder and their pick.

Thats great if their offseason plan is to recruit more formerly overpaid, overaged stiffs who are almost out of the league but want a last chance to shoot at will and play no defense next to Dirk.

If they think David Lee is the answer, I'd love it if the C's sent the Mavs back this year's pick for next year's pick with the same protection.

Unfortunately not quite enough - we almost ended up with the 12th pick. Maybe they are thanking us because David Lee's presence scared the Jazz and the Rockets from overtaking them in the western playoff race.
