Personally after watching extensive footage of Bender, i'd much rather this, than him or Okafor...does anyone else agree with me?

Straight swap, or are other assets from either side involved?

I'd happy part with another first or two and Hunter, if it meant getting a healthy Embiid.

i like the idea in principle, but is it not a bit risky?

i mean he has not played a single minute of professional bball; if Philly offered to trade him I would be suspicious (to say the least).

Absolutely no future 1st round picks. Maybe Hunter but no future Brooklyn picks

Obviously as stated in the title Boston medical staff would have to do their full due diligence a la Walton and if Philly really want someone like Dunn, Murray or Hield...Ainge could hold them to ransom.

If healthy then yea. Embiid has the potential to be the best 2 way center in the league. But as another poster said, if they are moving him then there has to be a reason.

If he is healthy, 3 and 31 and rozier would work for me.

If the 76ers are willing to trade him for the #3 pick, I'd assume that the risk is too high.  His value is so high if healthy that we have no shot
I'm bitter.

76ers will say no. I'd also rather the extra rookie years on Okafor and the better record of health. I am aware of Okafor's season ending injury

I know its borring and its slow news day on Celtics front but what I don't understand why do some people around here thinks we should trade our best asset for some, to put it mildly, questionable character and injured players???
Like the other day someone suggested we should trade 3rd and Smart for Okafor!?? I mean are you serious? Do you watch nba? Have you watched Celtics play this past season? I mean you don't have to like some players but this borders with pure sanity man. You get superstar for that not some rookie who is good player on a bad team. Do you really want to hand over the keys of the franchise to a player who is mentally on the same level as my brothers ten year old daughter.
If we gonna trade our bkn pick we gonna trade it for some proven player not some question mark player with potential. If you do that then you rather go drafting a player route...

Will the physical be conducted using equipment from the future brought here by Doctor Who and also have various exorcists and shamans in attendance?

With his health thus far, it scares me, could be Greg Oden II.

yeah it's basically like if they are willing to trade embiid then he must not be healthy, or is likely to re-injure.

Do you speak in proper English sentences? Or only sarcastic tones?

What does a comment like this accomplish? Are you perhaps a 11 year old child who enjoys trolling in-between recess and lunch?

You have heard of a thing called science? This principle called 'science' can be extrapolated to things like scans or can be used by people called 'doctors' who can evaluate (big word for estimate) a basketball player and see if he has any long term issues or his injuries are just a complex & isolated (remote) incident.
