We need to move up. This is the time. I want to keep next year's BKN swap (Draft class is going to be stacked). Other than  that, I think all assets have to be on the table. We have a nice stable of good players who can't get minutes. There is no path as currently constructed. We are going to have to take a hit to get better. What do we have to trade to move Philly off the first pick?

Something like?

#3, #23, 2018 BKN get the conversation started? I assume they would want one of our guards as well. Smart or AB. They can take a bunch of good talent in the draft and send the scrubs back to the d league.

Don't fall too in love with this years draft class. I really don't think Simmons and Ingram are that far ahead of the rest. Less high risk in Simmons' case but even he has personality questions around his motivations for playing
