I know he won't be a starting PG, but do you guys think he could play there for stretches? This isn't really relevant for the C's because we have plenty of options at PG, but if for example he goes to the wolves, do you think he could succeed with:

Murray
Lavine
Wiggins
Dieng
Towns

Just wondering how much of a combo guard he really is.
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

I'm not the biggest Murray fan, but I don't think he'd have any trouble playing the PG spot in stretches here and there.

Honestly, there is still a chance he could develop his ball handling and passing skills enough to become a capable full time PG...but I do think that he'll be a SG / combo guard most of his career.

Yes. He absolutely can. He's a coaches son and has been A full time PG every year in basketball with the exception of last year, because of The 5'8" sensation Tyler Ulis.

I think he can develop into that. He could even become a full time PG. He wants to. However that just ups the concerns over his defending for me

Again, it shouldn't on the Celtics. We have Smart and Bradley and Rozier to cover Pg's. Murray can guard the weakest guard on the floor.
