I don't like Ellenson's form. Was going very slow around the perimeter, but what's more concerning is the way he brings the ball low on his shot. Very long motion and he might have trouble getting it off on the next level with the athleticism and length he'll now have to face.

Hield's form looks effortless. Such a short compact motion.

Chriss does indeed look like the best athlete in the draft. He's said to have terrific hands too. Still only 18 too.

Early morning Bel-Air workout with Henry Ellenson. That NBA 3 point shot could make him a devastating 4 man

Also got a chance to see Marquese Chriss workout today. He's freaky athletically. Almost hit his head on the rim

Yeah I saw the videos too.

I did NOT like what I saw from Ellenson. He's so slow lol. And his form is disgusting. I hope we don't reach for him.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

That Dunn video Ford just posted looks good too. Dunn reminds me a lot of Reggie Jackson.

My question with Chriss for people who have seen him extensively.

Is he just a athlete who is playing basketball & a project or is he someone that can step in and be a legit NBA player in 2-3 years?

I know the guys on the Ringer NBA podcast were very high on him on their post lottery podcast last week.

I'd rather take Deyonta Davis or Poeltl than Criss.

Ellenson seems like a bust to me.  Stay away.

You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Chris's is a basketball player.  But with rough edges and needing of an attitude adjustment.    Haven't read he has a bad attitude , so not this kind of adjustment

But his reluctance to get his hands dirty on the defensive end and grab rebounds. Especially the difficult ones.  Too many times you see him just standing around after a shot goes up.  Or prepares too quickly to inbound the ball and get it going the other way

Love his upside but in the end I don't think he becomes any better than a Gerald green. A good offensive weapon off the bench(10 pts). Dont expect alot more

WTH does that even mean? So he has a good attitude, but he needs that adjusted?

This gets me excited about the possibility of landing the big man.

Impressive to see Poeltl working out with Towns. Both big guys move incredibly well for their size. Poeltl learning a lot about the NBA game

This just in, Ellenson experimenting with cement shoes. He runs around like he's retired. I think Sir Charles could check him right now.

Get excited all you want. Danny is not picking poeltl. Maybe if he drops to 23

Not talking about at #3, but if he falls, which he could considering a lot of teams in the lottery are set at center. That would be a steal based solely on him dropping due to team needs.

4- Len, Chandler
5- Towns, Dieng
6- Pelicans do have a need, so he could land here
7- Jokic, Nurkic
8- Cousins, Cauley-Stein, Koufus
9- Jonas, Biyombo (FA)
10- Monroe
11- Vucevic
12- Gobert, Favors
13- See #4
14- Bulls have a need with Pau and Noah being FA's
15- See # 7

Edit: You're pretty ridiculous, man. So you edited it from 16 to 23 afterwards? If you don't like Poetl that's great, but saying things like that makes you sound like a complete....

Just better options at 16.

There is not hate. He is just overrated imo.
