Name 3 players that are.  I'll say Isaiah, Durant and Boogie.  Is there anything better than that?

Curry, Klay, and Draymond is about as unstoppable as it gets.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

That's probably the best there is right now.  San Antonio has a shot to make one with Aldridge, Kawii and Durant maybe.  We could with Isaiah, Durant and Boogie.

Lebron Kyrie and Love are probably about it.  The might be better than GS after this year if they are healthy.  The clippers also have a pretty good one. Although deandre and Reddick are more just great at certain things. It's more Paul and Blake there and Blake is somewhat overrated?  We might be able to steal him too.  I am not a fan of him though.

  • What a Pub Should Be
For the offseason?

Add Simmons (or Ingram) and Durant to the mix.  Then confuse Vlade with a lowball offer and steal Cousins.

Do you think Vlade would demand Simmons or Ingram for Boogie?

I think any competent GM would as a starting point.

Instead, try to sell him on the value of the '17 & '18 BKNs along with some of our own picks and players.

If we get the 1st or 2nd pick we can trade it for Cousins and then sign Durant. Also, consolidate our picks in 2016 for 2017 picks. In a year we can sign Ibaka/Westbrook

IT
AB
Durant
KO
Cousins

We could also maybe sign someone on a low low contract that would fit our system....Eric Gordon Evan Fournieris only 23....

We would have a nasty bench and still the Nets pick for 2017 and possibly sign Ibaka as our stretch 4 and nasty shotblocker/ great 2 way player

IT
AB
Durant
Ibaka
Cousins

No a team of
IT
AB
Durant
KO
Boogie
Bench: Crowder, Smart, etc.

We would destroy the East and force teams to play big agian. Then We can always trade and get ready for next off-season with a ton of FA's like Ibaka and Westbrook. Also, 2017 draft is deep and we could draft another star from that even in the top 10. Thomas Bryant, Bam Bam and Dennis Smith Jr would be fine choices.

Bird deciding to rebuild and sending us George for the BRK pick.   OKC losing in such a way that Durant decides to leave there and come here.

Thats a ton of offensive talent but I think I'd go with a more balanced group.  You can't have 3 leading scorers.

IT is not an MVP candidate caliber player like Cousins and Durant. Also having a legit CENTER, the best in the league, gives us a huge advantage. Plus we can always sign Ibaka/ Westbrook/ etc. in a year and if we need to trade IT and Avery and Crowder in order to balance the lineup...then so be it.

Plenty of good pg's in the league. Durant and Cousins together would be insane. Plus add Ibaka at the 4, done.
