So while reading a terrible Yardbarker article, I came across this quiz that I had fun doing.  Probably perfect for those stuck in the office on a Friday afternoon.

http://www.yardbarker.com/nba/articles/quiz_name_the_top_three_picks_in_the_nba_draft_since_1985/s1__20688385

You have 12 minutes to name the top 3 picks from every NBA draft since 1985.

There's 93 answers, I got 84 of them.  Maybe I could have squeaked out a couple of more, but that 12 minutes went quick, plus you have to keep scrolling down to see what spots you're missing.  Seeing what I missed, no way I would have gotten all of them even without a time limit.

Some of those names are tough to spell too, so I did have to type my best guess into google a few times to get the correct spelling.

Let me know your scores, I'm sure we have a few people here who can get all 93.

My results here if you want to compare:  http://www.yardbarker.com/quiz/results/3085

69.  The spelling absolutely killed me.  Had to go to the Google machine which was a time eater.  There were a handful that I missed that I was mad at myself at.  Should've had them but was just drawing blanks.  Solid quiz.

I got a 32.  I wasted about 2 minutes trying to spell the Kandi Man's name correctly.  I missed some ridiculous obvious ones like Shaq!  The ticking clock was too much pressure.  Fun quiz though.
Yup

I got 87. Not gonna lie, I'm kinda disappointed in myself.

I got 51. Had a hard time remembering players before the 2002 NBA Draft. Missed some obvious ones too in Shaq, Payton and Kwame Brown.

Saw this a couple days back - got a 73.  Could remember some really obscure ones in the late 80s but blanked on some obvious recent ones.

BTW for spelling - some of the names are still pretty tricky but it helps to know you just need the last names.

yep and you get all the players with the same last name which gave me a couple I never would have remember.

Only got 63 :(.  Totally forgot Kwame and Morrison.

The 90s are a big mystery to me, I only remember the guy that became stars.  I remembered McDyess at the last minute though.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I got 72.  I got everything from 2003 onward, but I had no clue for a lot of the 80s / early 90s.

I got 83. Completely forgot about Adam Morrison too! I had trouble with the second and third choices in the 80s.
