If Crowder is starting we are a playoff chance and and maybe go past the first round. If Crowder is on the bench we should be a contender.

I'd like to see the Celtics make a move that shifts Crowder to more time at the 4, which would help his 3P shooting, I think.

Sign Durant and draft Ingram to be his understudy.

With our team that question is getting less and less important. Whether he starts or not is dependent on where we get our firepower from next season but he should definitely see 20+ minutes a game

He was 5th in the NBA for real +/- at the small forward position.

He's doing just fine

While that's great it didn't really help us in the playoffs. We need shooters in the playoffs.

Start him until we sign or trade for somebody better.
Exactly, he was far from out biggest issue.  If we can bring in James, Durant, Leonard, or George, great, Crowder could be a very valuable multi-positional bench player.  But unless we get one of these guys, I think we are in good shape with Crowder's all around game.  We would not be better off with say Gordon Hayward.  Sure maybe he would shoot a little better but we would lose defense and general toughness.
