Somewhat encouraging - i.e. he's not Marcus Banks II.  But I'm worried about his shooting.  We have enough guys who can't shoot.

Still wishing we had taken Portis.

Agree, I think Portis would've earned minutes over Sullinger late in the year.  Oh well.

As for Terry's shooting, he played nearly 20 minutes a game in the playoffs and shot 36% from deep, which is a decent sign.  I think he'll be able to shoot OK.  My bigger concern with him is that he doesn't look quite like a point guard, nor quite like a shooting guard.

I still think he's a C.J. Watson type player.

Kind of says a lot that he is already miles ahead of Young eh?

He's about two years older than James Young, keep this in mind.

I liked Danny's picks last year and I still like them.
As for our previous rookies :
- Sully : ok thank you for the rebounds. Bye.
- Young : Last chance next season to show us you got something that makes us hope you can be an nba player.
- KO : I'd like to keep him under a friendly contract the season after, because he brings something unique and he's growing every season.
- Smart : He's the real deal. Just watch him grow and enjoy. When the buckets will go in consistently, watch out!

I think that matters less and less in most NBA offenses, Stevens being one of them.  I see comparisons to Lillard for Rozier (of course on the high end) and I feel the same way about Lillard (but he's just very good so who cares what position he really is).  But if you were to ask me, I have not seen much from him passing wise.

I think he is a great athlete and showed flashes in many areas (handles, defense, shooting, slashing).  Hopefully in his second year he starts to find his spots and moves and starts to contribute consistently.

Assuming he is still here of course.  But I like him quite a bit.

I like what we have seen from Rozier, he can play, he never gets any calls but there is a spark there.   At the worse, he will be a decent rotational player.

What I really wonder is if Roziers playing time in the playoofs and late season was from Brad or Danny.

I really liked what I saw from Rozier. Hunter disappointed me as he looks to be a shooting specialist who can't consistently knock down an outside shot.

Rozier was able to contribute solid minutes as a rookie in the playoffs. This alone shows me that he has a place in this league as a rotational player. With time and experience I think he will settle in to become a decent outside and mid range shooter. The biggest area where I expect improvement is attacking the basket. Often times he seems to get his man with a pump fake and then settle for a mid range shot with his build and explosiveness he needs to attack and draw contact.

This is likely going to be an off-season of change if that chance makes consistent minutes available at the 1 or the 2 for Rozier I expect him to improve and be a valuable piece to this team going forward.
