Isaiah. Jae. Marcus. Avery. Maybe Turner. Anyone else can leave. Or we can bring back Jonas and possibly Amir if we're feeling it.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

I really just want to keep those first 3 guys.

Isaiah, Smart, Crowder, Bradley, Jerebko. Anyone else I wouldn't mind to see go. Turner is too frustrating, Kelly is too soft, Sully is too fat, Zeller just sucks, and Amir seems like he's not gonna hold up long enough in my opinion. Maybe Rozier could stay too, I'd like to see how he develops.

You'd get good value for Avery right now. Still on a good deal..only a smallish injury.. two-way..top 3 perimeter D. I'd hate to let him go, but he is at his ceiling now I think.

I expect very little roster turnover.

Ainge may only want to add one, maybe two guys to this core.   Keep it going.

You mean so they can max out as the Hawks or Memphis for the next 8 years?

When do we get our first offseason talks with the media? Like, Danny/owners about the season?

I want to keep Thomas, Bradley, and Crowder.  Smart is nice, but I understand he is potential trade bait.  Amir Johnson fits well.  Jerebko is a useful reserve on a reasonable contract.

Everyone else is wait and see.  I don't want Sullinger back as a starter.  I see value in him coming off the bench, but not as the first big off the bench.  I desperately want an upgrade over Turner, but if that can't be found, I am happy to bring him back on a short, small contract.

Should none of the big name targets pan out, if you could replace Sullinger and Zeller with Zaza Pachulia and Mirza Teletovic and add a three-point shooter, I would accept that as a reasonable Plan B.

Keep what going? First round playoff losses?

If he adds 2 guys, those guys need to be the core. We have players to put around them.

He needs to use those two max $$$ to add like actual star players. Not players like Jeff Green or Brandon Bass lol.

Nobody on the team is untouchable.  The consensus seems to be that Ainge will swing hard for a superstar home run and it will likely cost us the juicy picks and guys we love like Crowder, Bradley and Smart.    I wouldn't be surprised to see a dramatically different team next year.  But really, trades aren't our only avenue for improvement.  We'll be big players in free agency and we could finally get lucky in the draft.   I fully expect to see a better team next year.   Ainge knows what he's doing.

Everything depends on the ping pong ball now, after we know our draft position, things will get busy, until then, let's watch the GSW win back to back

Yea we need 2-3 stars to start talking serious contention.  I'd be happy with one star preferably SF and an upgrade at PF/center.  IT, jae , Bradley, smart, Mickey would be a good starting place.  Move the rest or honestly anyone is moveable as long as it's an upgrade.  Two years of feel good moments has run its course.  Time for ainge to do some work.
