No. His injury history makes me uneasy, and I don't like his attitude. Plus, the No. 3 pick in this year's draft should have a lot more miles left in the tank.

Sorry but that doesn't even get Doc to answer the phone.  He's an ALl NBA player.  You'd need to have a top 2 pick plus Bradley plus more to get Blake...

As others have said, the Clippers are a "now" team. They want ready players, not picks. We are just not a good match for making a trade for Griffin. You have to get a third team involved.

From what I understand clippers are making a final run with their current core
Also as doc is GM
He doesn't like to play rookies that much
So trading a star for a rookie will not get anywhere unless with established players of equal value

No, 3rd pick for Marc Gasol. Im tired of having nobody protecting the rim for us. We gotten eaten alive this series. If it's #1 or #2 do whatever to get Cousins.

Marc Gasol?? Good lord no.

Talk about players who are done...that guy is old, declining, and is a career ending injury waiting to happen.

Blake Griffin is younger but not in much better shape (not to mention the offcourt issues) so to me trading for either one of them is a big risk.

Rich mans Larry Johnson. Game is done once athleticism wanes. He has been ridden hard for years already. Drop off coming soon.

All of that is possibly true. He's still better than the #3 pick can be reasonably projected to be.

I have an interesting question.

Between Kevin Love and Blake Griffin Blake is the better player, and we would probably have to give up more assets in a trade.

You could say Love's game should age better not mostly based on athleticism as Blake.  They both have had their share of injuries.

So which one would you rather trade for given these circumstances?  I almost want to say Love so we could potentially save enough assets for another big trade, but I really like Blake. I can't make up my mind. Ha

Definitely third team, but they would love to have Bradley. I wonder what another team would give for a 3rd pick and if we would rather just have Bradley and that [traded-for] player.

Danny has some big decisions to make. He's done an amazing job building up our assets, now he actually has to spend some of the currency.

Definitely. In a heartbeat. But clippers would laugh.

In a nanosecond.

But there's zero chance the Clippers do that.
